To ensure Prescot Manor remains a safe and enjoyable venue for all our guests, all bookings are subject to our Venue Hire Terms & Conditions.

 

Please note:

 

• Only alcohol purchased from Prescot Manor may be consumed on the premises. Guests must not bring their own alcoholic drinks onto the premises unless prior written permission has been given by management.

• The person making the booking must be 18 years of age or over and is responsible for the conduct of their guests.

• A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit/payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Prescot Manor.

• Deposits, cancellations and amendments are subject to our Venue Hire Terms & Conditions. 

• Customers may be held responsible for damage caused to the venue, fixtures, fittings or equipment by themselves, their guests or suppliers associated with their booking.

• Prescot Manor reserves the right to refuse service, remove individuals from the premises or end an event where behaviour presents a safety concern, causes serious disruption, breaches licensing requirements or breaches the Venue Hire Terms & Conditions.

• Event timings, entertainment, decorations, catering and external suppliers must comply with the venue's requirements and any applicable licensing or safety restrictions.

 

By proceeding with a booking, the hirer confirms that they have read and agree to Prescot Manor's Venue Hire Terms & Conditions.
